Social Media Director


  • Responsible for developing and leading the University of New Hampshire’s social media strategy and engagement.
  • My role enhances and expands the university’s image online, increases brand equity and awareness, promotes the university’s mission through all social media platforms, and builds relationships with stakeholders.
  • Established the social media presence at the university and worked to increase followers, engagement, and consumption each year. Brought about noticeable improvements to click rates, follower counts and engagement with clear and focused strategies.
  • Serve as an advisor and strategy lead within communication and public affairs towards the efforts of COVID-19, university commencement, presidential initiatives, and issues of institutional importance.
  • Direct a team of two social media producers, a squad of student interns, and collaborate with seven colleges and more than 40 departments on campus to help integrate messaging for the UNH brand.
