University of New Hampshire

Responsible for developing and leading the University of New Hampshire’s social media strategy. My role enhances and expands the university’s image online, increases brand equity and awareness, promotes the university’s mission through all social media platforms, and builds relationships with stakeholders.

I also develop and implement workflow processes to enable staff to utilize our social media management system (Hootsuite Enterprise, Talkwalker) and other tools required to support our social presence.
